Chest

Tape around the fullest part of the chest, under the arms. Keep it level, arms down.

Waist

Measure at the natural waist, just above the hip bone. Stand relaxed — do not pull the tape in.

Height

Shoes off, heels to the wall. Height sets sleeve and torso length.

Between two sizes

Between two sizes? Take the smaller for a locked compression fit, the larger if you want it as a first layer under kit. The four-way knit holds tension either way.
