How do I care for my gear?

Cold wash inside out, no fabric softener, then hang or tumble dry low. Each care label has the specifics — grip soles and printed finishes last longest away from high heat.

When will sold-out items be back?

Tap Notify me on any sold-out item or size and we email the moment it lands. Most restocks arrive within two to three weeks.

Do bundles work out cheaper?

Yes. Packs and bundles price down the more you add.

What payment methods do you take?

Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Every payment is encrypted and we never store your card details.

How do promo codes work?

Enter your code in the cart or at checkout before you pay. One code per order, codes can’t be added once an order is placed.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You have one hour after checkout to edit or cancel from Orders in your account, or email support@xrsport.com.au. Once it’s packed it can’t change, but the 30-day return still applies.

Do you sell gift cards?

Digital gift cards are emailed instantly or on a date you choose. They never expire and work across the whole store.

How fast do orders ship?

Orders are packed and dispatched from Australia as soon as possible.

Where do you ship?

We offer world wide delivery.

What is the returns window?

30 days from delivery, unworn and in original packaging. Refunds return to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
