Shipping Policy

We process orders Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM AEST. Please allow up to two business days for your order to be prepared and dispatched.

We work hard to keep shipping rates as affordable as possible. Delivery times vary depending on your location and usually take between 2–15 business days, not including processing time.

Custom Duties And Taxes (Important)

For orders shipped outside Australia, your package may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and will be charged at checkout for US shipments. For shipments to other nations outside Australia, any tax necessary to clear the package through customs will be paid in full by the recipient.

If you choose not to pay these fees and your package is returned to us, we’ll issue a refund for your order minus any additional shipping costs charged by the carrier.
